sometimes both the 25 KW & 7 KW fast chargers shows issues like showing unavailable in the tata ez charge app however I figured out a solution for that, by switching off the main AC mcb for 2 mins which powers both the chargers and then turn it on and wait for 10-15 mins. Hopefully it will work as it worked for me twice
