very very poor experience, .staff must b aware about the charging function,,even coustomer care not respond,,very bad experience,,out of two plugs only one is functional,,,and second plug started charging ,bt after charging 2 % it suddenly stop charging .entire system requires lot of improvement.govt.giving high priority to EV ,bt infrastructure for charging is very poor.
